Upon graduating with comprehensive English training in language usage, literature, and teaching, Bianca began her career in a horizon-broadening experience, both literally and figuratively, in the airline industry.
Empowered by her language and people skills, she enjoyed connecting with people from all over the world with diverse backgrounds and cultures during her 10 years as a flight attendant.
In an effort to spend more time with her two young children, Bianca ‘landed’ an operational role in a private music learning school before joining CSF.
Her most unforgettable moment as a mother was when her second child was born prematurely in week 26, facing daunting medical challenges from the outset.
The journey of caring for a “super preemie” and witnessing the resilience and determination of her daughter profoundly shaped Bianca’s perspective on the importance of support, empathy, and advocacy for those facing adversity.
At CSF, she aspires to advocate for support and resources on behalf of families facing multiple crises, particularly those with critical mental and medical issues, in our local community.
