From Loss To Gain

When Zhen’s husband died of stage four cancer, she felt like losing the only person she could depend on and didn’t know how to cope with all the sudden changes. Although she was so consumed in her pain, she tried hard to support three grieving children. Through continuous support from ChickenSoup, Zhen has learnt to move forward by practicing self-love and finding her own happiness.

Mother’s Day Tributes

It takes an immense amount of courage for our families to share their personal journeys, given that they have been through extreme and sometimes traumatic hardships.  Zhen told the South China Morning Post how she found the strength to soldier on despite challenges on bereavement and coronavirus misery.
