  • Only caregiver for three kids
  • All kids have different levels of special educational needs
  • Constant family disputes led to high parental stress

Extreme Poverty

  • “I have already received the supplies you specially prepared for us at the beginning of last week. I was so surprised and moved when I received the items. You delivered the disinfectant when I needed it the most, especially now that everything is so pricey, your grocery vouchers came in handy. Thank you so much for the help from ChickenSoup. We really appreciate it!”

  • “This morning I was woken up by my kids’ loud noise. When I was about to scold someone, I noticed my daughter was so well-behaved and was working on homework by herself…I was so happy to see her hard work. Although she might not be as smart as others, she is a very responsible kid and always makes sure to complete her homework, which is worthy of praise!”

Amaz-SEN Students

Zenobia was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). We offered a series of tailor-made SEN training and expressive arts therapies to help improve her concentration, social and emotional management skills. Find out how she managed to get into her first choice band 1 secondary school via this interview with Ming Pao.
