Michelin 1-star VEA Chef Vicky Chen and his wife Polly gave the first birthday gift to their daughter. An “Elizabeth Nutrition Fund”, will provide healthy food to underprivileged children in HK served by us. Vicky will send a special savory item from his kitchen for those who contributed to the Funds with him. “Every year, we’re going to do something different… when Elizabeth turns 18, she will have an entire childhood collection.” said Vicky.
